What is Internet Data Exchange (IDX)?
Internet Data Exchange (IDX), also referred to as Broker Reciprocity, provides an avenue for agents to share property listings with other agents on their website. Agents who participate in the program can display other agents' active listings without the listing agent's contact information. With IDX, agents can offer their clients greater service while optimizing their own exposure and leads.
The National Association of REALTORS® (NAR) has mandated that this program be available for all brokers to download active listing information from their local MLS to their Internet websites.
